A staple project that illustrates our buy low value add strategy. This property was acquired for $90,000. After renovation the market value was $234,000.

One of our flagship new construction projects in East Atlanta. An acquisition of $190,000 that will be worth $1.6M when it hits the market in the summer of 2024.
Cedar Glen, Belton TX
An exciting new addition to the porftolio. This will be a longer term appreciation move as this property is in the center of a booming Central Texas market.
